This report Includes compiles the results of the nine (9) individual Development and Evaluation of Alternatives Reports for the PVSC Treatment District. The nine permittees include the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission, City of Bayonne, Borough of East Newark, Town of Harrison, Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority, Town of Kearny, City of Newark, North Bergen Municipal Utilities Authority, and City of Paterson.

These Appendices provide an evaluation of the practical and technical feasibility of each of the proposed CSO control alternative(s), with the goal of achieving the water quality based requirements of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act of 1972 (Clean Water Act). The Appendix contains the CSO alternatives reports for each municipality. Note: these appendices are very large and must be downloaded and extracted before opening.
