Public input on the LTCPs were being accepted by NJDEP up until January 31, 2021. All comments are recorded here. In addition, the PVSC and North Bergen/Guttenberg CSO Long Term Control Plans may be viewed on this page and also on the NJDEP website. Please note that certain reports included in the Appendices of the Long Term Control Plans have been previously approved by the NJDEP.
